What is new music contemporary classical Improvisation?

There are a lot of styles of improvisation. There is Jazz, Rock, Blues, Free form improv.

I am a contemporary classical improvisational pianist.

Few musicians are improvising in a post Stravinsky style and incorporating all the newer chordal textures and blending in newer popular genres- Jazz, Rock, Blues…

I also collab with dancers and musicians to create a 21st century dynamic art form which I show on my instagram page.

This is my main approach. Structure, reference to post 20th century styles, and popular musical genres.

It works. It’s the only direction which will help the composition community to establish a new genre.

Improvisation is the key to expanded compositional ideas.
