The Artist and the Cognitive Process
It’s very important for an artist or a thinker to be tuned into (understand) their cognitive processes.
Most of us have a combination of linear and vertical thinking processes. Myself, for example, when I schedule something or my to do list, it’s linear.
But when I think about music, history, and the development of art, and my own work, it is the ladder- vertical.
All of us have a combination of both.
It’s very important for individual artistic development to tune in (understand) on a continuous basis,to understand their cognitive processes, how one thinks, and how one develops their creative process.
